This gameweek only features eight games as Manchester City and Aston Villa play the League Cup final on Sunday.
Fantasy Premier League: Four more wins and it is a dreamland for Liverpool as the Reds grind out a win in a tough outing against West Ham. Manchester City remain hot on Liverpool’s heels with a hard-fought victory against third-placed Leicester City while Manchester United and Arsenal churned out victories against Watford and Everton respectively.
It was a bitter return for Mourinho to Stamford Bridge as Tottenham stumbled against Chelsea in their bid to secure the fourth place.

Gameweek 27 Review - 39 Points
Sadio Mane’s eight points were supported by Rui Patrici’s seven for impressive performance in goal for Wolverhampton. James Tarkowski had six points while Andrew Robertson and Jamie Vardy got four points each. Kevin de Bruyne had three points for his performance against Leicester while Lewis Dunk and Danny Ings got two points each. Ayoze Perez, Tammy Abraham and John Lundstram got only 1 point each.The average for the week was 45 points.
Gameweek 28 Transfers
Lewis Dunk has been transferred out for a more reliable defensive option. Manchester United’s current run of form has been pleasant and therefore Harry Maguire is brought in to replace the Brighton defender. Jordan Henderson’s injury also puts him in the monitoring list and he will be checked for suitable replacements if he fails to recover.

Gameweek 28 Line-up
4-3-3 is the preferred formation this week. Matt Ryan starts in goal as Brighton is playing Crystal Palace at home this week. Matthew Ryan moves to the bench. Caglar Soyuncu and James Tarkowski move to the starting squad and are joined by Andrew Robertson and Harry Maguire, with inactive John Lundstram moving to the bench.
Captain Sadio Mane is accompanied by Todd Cantwell and Ayoze Perez this week in the midfield. Inactive Kevin de Bruyne and injured Jordan Henderson are benched for the week. Tammy Abraham and Jamie Vardy start in a strong forward line, along with Danny Ings. Jamie Vardy is the vice-captain for the week.

Goodison Park will see Everton face off Manchester United while Watford’s survival hopes will face a hugely daunting task when Liverpool comes calling.
