Beyond these regions, the ongoing 2024 West Asian Football Federation Women’s Championship and the 2024 Concacaf W Gold Cup are further fueling the international women’s football scene.
This period has witnessed a remarkable 126 international matches played, significantly impacting the FIFA/Coca-Cola Women’s World Ranking. Amidst this electrifying atmosphere, the Solomon Islands women’s national team has captured the world’s attention with their remarkable ascent in the FIFA World Ranking.
Their exceptional performance at the OFC Women’s Nations Cup saw them clinch a commendable third-place finish, earning them a coveted bronze medal.
