Germany take on Iran while North Korea, Spain and Costa Rica all look for their first points in the tournament.

Tuesday will see the second round of games in Groups C and D of the FIFA U-17 World Cup where the likes of Germany and Brazil will look to consolidate their position at the top of their respective groups, while some other teams must make their move to remain in contention for qualification to the knockout stages.

In Goa, Costa Rica take on Guinea and the two opening day winners Iran and Germany lock horns in the night game. Over in Kochi, Spain take on Niger looking to get off the mark, but the African debutants are themselves fresh off a win against North Korea on Saturday. Meanwhile, the men from Pyongyang take on heavyweights Brazil.

Match 1: Iran U-17 vs Germany U-17

Germany coach Christian Wuck will be looking to confirm their place in the round of 16 with a win over the Asian side when they take on Iran U-17.

While Iran gaffer Abbas Chamanian will also be looking to spoil the Europeans' plan and be in the contest to qualify for the next round with at least a point from the match.

Team News

Germany's attacking tactics with a 4-3-3 in the last match earned the full three points for coach Wuck and they will most likely stick with the same plan against the Asian powerhouse. However, he might also look to include last match's hero Noah Awuku in the starting XI.

On the other hand, Iran coach Chamanian also will be in the similar mood to go with the similar line-up which earned all three points against Guinea in the last match.

Head-to-Head

This will be the first meetig between these two teams.

Man to Watch

Jann-Fiete Arp-Germany U-17: The forward has already played an instrumental role for his side in the last match against Costa Rica by scoring the opening goal, while he was continuously penetrating the Central Americans' defence with potent attacks. With the skillful feet, pace and control on the ball, the complete forward who has recently made a debut for Hamberger SV in the Bundesliga will be the man to stop for Iran.

Allahyar Sayyad- Iran U-17: The striker will be looking to continue his form as he has already scored in the last match against Guinea. The 17-year-old is one of the best strikers in the tournament as his control on the ball while on THE move and HIS clinical finishing is what makes him stand out.

Probable Lineups

Germany U-17: Plogmann, Nitzl, Hackethal, Boller, Arp, Abouchabaka, Kuehn, Jastrzembski, Mai, Keitel, Yeboah.

Iran U-17: Gholam, Satavi, Jalali, Esmaeil, Nasiri, Sharitati, Hosseinzadeh, Sharifi, Sayyad, Ghobeishavi, Delfi, Ghaderi
