The gameweek consists of the crucial match between league leaders Liverpool and Manchester United.
Fantasy Premier League: Tottenham’s bid to stop Liverpool was ended by a Firmino goal as the lone net buster was enough to give Jurgen Klopp’s men all three points. Chelsea and Manchester United got comprehensive wins at home against Burnley and Norwich respectively.
Aston Villa got clobbered at home by Manchester City who thumped in six goals against Villa’s one. Arsenal’s mini resurgence got halted by Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park who got a point thanks to Jordan Ayew’s equaliser that cancelled Aubameyang’s opener.

Gameweek 22 Review - 51 Points
Captain Jamie Vardy led the team with 10 points while Kevin de Bruyne had nine points. Tammy Abraham, Andrew Robertson and John Lundstram had six points each while Danny Ings got five points for his performance. Sadio Mane had three points while Rui Patricio and Adama Traore had two points each. The Leicester duo of Youri Tielemans and Caglar Soyuncu contributed a point each. The team had a slightly below average performance this week.The average for the week was 57 points.
Gameweek 23 Transfers
No transfers were done this week. Caglar Soyuncu and Lewis Dunk are amongst potential candidates to be transferred out. Soyuncu has had a dip in form recently and he can be transferred out for more reliable defensive options. Everton defenders under Carlo Ancelotti are flourishing and could be real assets over the remaining part of the season.

Gameweek 23 Line-up
3-4-3 is the preferred formation this week. Mathew Ryan gets a chance in goal as Brighton is playing Aston Villa this week. Rui Patricio moves to the bench. John Lundstram and James Tarkowski move to the bench, with Andrew Robertson, Caglar Soyuncu and Lewis Dunk starting.
Captain Kevin de Bruyne is accompanied by Sadio Mane, Youri Tielemans and Adama Traore this week in the midfield. Todd Cantwell is benched for the week. Tammy Abraham and Jamie Vardy start in a strong forward line, along with Danny Ings. Tammy Abraham is the vice-captain for the week.
