Fantasy Premier League: Best XI for Gameweek 24

League leaders Liverpool FC and West Ham United play twice in this gameweek.

Fantasy Premier League: And Klopp’s men go marching on. Liverpool comfortably overcame Manchester United at Anfield to maintain their big lead at the top on Sunday. Newcastle’s last-minute winner was enough to see off Chelsea while Arsenal had to settle for a point against Sheffield United.

Manchester City and Tottenham also had to settle for a point apiece as Crystal Palace and Watford proved to up to their task respectively.

Gameweek 23 Review - 32 Points

Adama Traore led the team with 10 points while Andrew Robertson had six points. Captain Kevin de Bruyne had four points while Sadio Mane had three points. Tammy Abraham, Danny Ings and Matthew Ryan had two points each while Caglar Soyuncu, Lewis Dunk and Youri Tielemans had one point each. Jamie Vardy rounded off the disappointing performance this week with a missed penalty which reduced his total to 0 for the week.

The average for the week was 44 points.

Gameweek 24 Transfers

No transfers were done this week. Liverpool and West Ham have a double match week and it would be ideal to load up on players from the duo. Youri Tielemans and Lewis Dunk are amongst potential candidates to be transferred out. Leicester players are having a dry stretch at the moment and it would be crucial to monitor and make decisions to change them.

Gameweek 24 Line-up

3-4-3 is the preferred formation this week. Mathew Ryan gets a chance in goal as Brighton is playing Bournemouth this week. Rui Patricio, who faces Liverpool this week, moves to the bench. John Lundstram and James Tarkowski move to the bench, with Andrew Robertson, Caglar Soyuncu and Lewis Dunk starting in defence.

Vice-Captain Kevin de Bruyne is accompanied by Sadio Mane, Youri Tielemans and Adama Traore this week in the midfield. Todd Cantwell is benched for the week. Tammy Abraham and Jamie Vardy start in a strong forward line, along with Danny Ings. Jamie Vardy is the captain for the week.

It is a double game-week for the table-toppers as they face Wolverhampton and West Ham United away from home this week. Chelsea are at home to face Arsenal as Mikel Arteta experiences his first London derby at the Gunners. Manchester United face Burnley at Old Trafford.  Tottenham are visited by bottom-placed Norwich while Sheffield United aim to spoil Manchester City’s week when the defending champions visit the Blades.
