Klopp will begin his tenure as Germany’s coach this month.

Jürgen Klopp, Germany’s new coach, has picked 44 players split into two groups for the four forthcoming UEFA Nations League matches.

It’s the first group of players chosen by Jürgen Klopp, who took over for Julian Nagelsmann following the World Cup, and the 59-year-old has undoubtedly shaken things up.

Klopp picked up a total of 44 players, divided into two groups, each involving two games. Newcomers include SV Elversberg’s Yannick Keidel, Augsburg’s Hennes Behrens, Freiburg’s Max Rosenfelder, and TSG Hoffenheim’s Bambasé Conté.

Augsburg’s Finn Dahmen is the sole individual chosen for both the 24-man roster for the first two matches and the 20-man roster for the final two.

Germany will begin the Klopp reign with a visit to Amsterdam to play the Netherlands on September 24. Following that match, Germany will play home fixtures against Greece on September 27 and Serbia on October 1, before returning to Greece on October 3.
