2018 FIFA World Cup – Russia
Goal 1 and 2: England 2-1 Tunisia
Harry Kane scored his first goal for the side on his World Cup debut in the group stage fixture against Tunisia. His first goal came in the 11th minute, following a corner kick when John Stones saw his powerful header saved. Kane, however, pounced on the chance, scoring from close range.
Kane scored a late winner against Tunisia, after receiving a headed flick from Harry Maguire from a corner delivered to the back post. Je directed his header past the Tunisian goalkeeper to secure all three points, marking Kane’s first World Cup goal in stoppage time.
Goal 3, 4 and 5: England 6-1 Panama
Kane scored twice from the penalty spot in the first half to secure a commanding lead for the side. His first penalty came in the 22nd minute after Jesse Lingard, placing an unstoppable shot into the top-left corner, after Jesse Lingard was fouled.
In the 61st minute, Ruben Loftus-Cheek struck a powerful long-range effort that hit the heel of a running Kane, deflecting the ball over the Panama goalkeeper. Harry Kane scored his third goal of the match in the second half to complete a historic hat-trick, becoming only the third English player to score a hat-trick in a single World Cup match, while also anchoring England’s biggest-ever World Cup victory.
Goal 6: England 1-1 Colombia
Kane scored his sixth goal of the tournament in the Round of 16 clash against Colombia. After being brought down inside the penalty box during a short corner sequence in the 57th minute, Kane stepped up to the spot and converted the opportunity, driving the ball straight down the middle to give England the lead, eventually winning on penalties. With this goal tally, Harry Kane secured the edition’s Golden Boot.
2022 FIFA World Cup – Qatar
Goal 7: England 3-0 Senegal
Harry Kane opened his scoring tally for the tournament against Senegal in the Round of 16. Following a rapid counter-attack led by Jude Bellingham, Phil Foden rolled a perfect first-time pass across the box to Kane. He controlled the ball and drove a powerful shot to beat the African goalkeeper right before halftime, overtaking Gary Lineker’s record for most major tournament goals for England.
Goal 8: England 1-2 France
Kane scored from the spot as England suffered a dramatic exit against France in the Quarter-finals. Bukayo Saka was tripped inside the box in the 54th minute to win a penalty for the side. Kane stepped up and powerfully hit the ball past goalkeeper Hugo Lloris.
With the goal, Kane equalled Wayne Rooney’s historic national team record of 53 international goals, finishing his second consecutive World Cup campaign as his nation’s indispensable striking force.

Goal 9 and 10: England 4-2 Croatia

Harry Kane opened his 2026 World Cup account by converting a clinical, re-taken penalty kick in the 12th minute after winger Noni Madueke was brought down inside the penalty box. The captain calmly sent the Croatian goalkeeper the wrong way, scoring his ninth overall goal.
Kane secured his second goal of the match just before halftime when he rose high in the penalty box and expertly guided a powerful 42nd-minute header into the back of the net from a Declan Rice corner kick. With this strike, Kane took his total career World Cup goal tally to ten, officially equalling Gary Lineker’s historic record for the most World Cup goals in England’s history.
