Gopalkrishna Kosaraju demands expulsion of N.A. Haris, M. Satyanarayan from AIFF
Gopalakrishna Kosaraju wrote a mail to all state associations and AIFF Exco members with his accusations.
Gopalakrishna Kosaraju, the ex-president of Andhra Pradesh Football Association, has once again lashed out at AIFF top brass accusing Vice President NA Haris and acting Secretary General M Satyanarayan of violating the “National Sports Code” and making their way up as office bearers in the Karnataka State Football Association (KSFA).
Kosaraju, in a mail to all the state associations and Executive Committee members of the AIFF, mentioned that both the gentlemen, coming from the same member association (KSFA) did not make any changes or amend the constitution of the Karnataka State Football Association (KSFA) as per the directives of AIFF, circulated on 6th September 2021.
Khel Now has possession of the copy of the email sent by Kosaraju.
Kosaraju alleges NA Haris and Satyanarayan disregarded new AIFF reforms
“On this date i.e. on 06.09.2021, Mr. Haris Life membership no 45, was the President of KSFA and Mr. Satyanarayan was the Secretary.
“Both were not the Representatives of any district in the state of Karnataka.
“Mr Haris entered KSFA with Life Membership tag, Mr Satyanarayan entered as the GB member elected illegally (Twelve GB members from one district i.e. Bangalore) from BDFA (Not Registered or Recognised with the Registrar of Societies, Govt of Karnataka),” he wrote in his opening remarks.
Gopalakrishna Kosaraju also alleged that even after AIFF’s notification on 6th September, no corrective measures were made in BDFA or KSFA’s constitution. He professed that NA Haris has brought his ‘follower’ to the AIFF which is a misuse of power. Kosaraju insisted on the clarifications from both the members in multiple emails but those were duly ignored.
“Even after the receipt of AIFF letter dt 06.09.2021, there were no corrective measures of BDFA or KSFA constitution.
“Mr. Haris, the Life Member of KSFA became Vice President of AIFF. This Respected Life Member brought his follower as the Dy General Secretary into the Administration of AIFF. Now acting General Secretary,” he mentioned in an email.
No clarifications on the queries, alleges Kosaraju
The former Andhra Pradesh FA chief protested that despite repititive calls for queries from Haris and Satyanarayan, his mails were unanswered.
“The Interim President (of the KSFA) and The General Secretary haven’t responded to the emails dt 31.07.2023, 11.08.2023 and 29.01.2024. Both have ignored intentionally, which is against norms. Looks like, the Interim President is in the opinion that any Interim Arrangement can be done in any way to suit the needs of the Interim elected body.
“It’s a complete abuse and manipulation of the Norms of AIFF, AIFF Constitution, Norms of Ministry of Sports, FIFA Statutes, Sports Code, Society Act etc. The best fraud case for future referrals,” he asserted in his email to the member association and the Executive Committee.
Kosaraju also stated that Satyanarayan is also holding a position in the Governing Body despite holding the position of Dy. General Secretary which is unethical.
“Now, the Deputy General Secretary Mr. Satyanarayan is the Acting General Secretary and continuing as the GB member of KSFA, which is again unethical,” he protested.
Based on the clarifications made by him, Kosaraju requested the Executive Committee to expel both the individuals on account of fraudulent means.
Kosaraju requests expulsion of NA Haris and M Satyanarayan
“Why the AIFF GB Members & Executive Committee Members are allowing the Continuation of these two Gentlemen (?). Request you to relieve or remove both these Gentlemen from AIFF immediately,” he concluded in his closing remarks.
