Sporting Club Delhi (SC Delhi), are ready to participate in the upcoming 135th edition of the Durand Cup. They will look to bring something different to the table as they have been drawn together with Jamshedpur FC.
Sporting Club Delhi will come as a surprise package to many clubs, as they have the potential to put up a good fight. In the group stage, they have been drawn into Group C, where they will play against good sides.
Sporting Club Delhi are the only ISL club to make their debut this time. Earlier, Hyderabad FC who are now known as SC Delhi played in the Durand Cup, but for the newly rebranded club it is their debut in this prestigious tournament.

SC Delhi look to deliver a surprise in Group C
Sporting Club Delhi, who had a very mixed season in the ISL, will now play in the Durand Cup 2026. They are the debutants in the cup competition, but Hyderabad FC previously played in the Durand Cup.
The capital side are ready to turn the tables as they have been drawn in Group C along with Jamshedpur FC. They will begin their campaign against the Men of Steel.
Along with Jamshedpur FC, they will take on Defenders FC and Indian Air Force FT in the group stage. SC Delhi will begin their journey when they face Men of Steel in their opener on 4th August 2026. It will be one of the toughest games for the ISL sides.

Moving forward, after the first game, they will face the Sri Lankan outfit, Defenders FC, on 7th August at 16:00 IST. Sporting Club Delhi are set to wrap up their group stage campaign against Indian Air Force FT on 10th August 2026, at 19:00 IST. All of the games of group C will take place at the Birsa Munda Stadium in Ranchi.
