The 135th edition of the Durand Cup is scheduled to kick off on July 25. The tournament will run until August 23 across five venues.
Host cities include Kolkata, Ranchi, Imphal, Shillong, and Guwahati. 24 teams across the country are set to participate in the historic tournament.
India’s oldest football tournament will see teams from the Indian Super League (ISL), Indian Football League (IFL), and service teams participating for the ultimate glory. Defenders FC and Tribhuvan Army FC will take part as the international participants.
Durand Cup will run across six venues in five cities

The Durand Cup will be hosted by five cities, with Ranchi all set to make their debut as the hosting venue. Along with Ranchi, Kolkata, Imphal, Guwahati, and Shillong are the other four venues.
Seven teams will be making their first appearance in one of Asia’s oldest tournaments.
Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan and Kishore Bharati Krirangan in Kolkata, Birsa Munda Stadium in Ranchi, Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium in Guwahati, Khuman Lampak Stadium in Imphal, and Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Shillong will host the tournament in the coming weeks.

Kolkata once again remains the tournament’s spiritual home.
The Mecca of Indian football will host the opening ceremony, group stage fixtures, knockout clashes, and the mega final, reestablishing its stature as the epicentre of the iconic tournament.
