I-League 2023-24: Namdhari FC grab comfortable win against Rajasthan United

Namdhari FC’s victory stopped the winning streak of Rajasthan United after five matches in the I-League.
Namdhari FC struck twice in the second half to take home full points with a 2-0 win over Rajasthan United FC at the Namdhari Stadium, on Friday, March 22, 2024.
Manvir Singh (64’) and Spanish striker Ivan Garrido (78’) scored for Namdhari, who now have 23 points from 22 matches. They have moved higher in the points table ahead of former champions Aizawl FC. Churchill Brothers FC, too, have 23 points, but they have played 19 matches.
Today’s defeat was Rajasthan United FC’s first after five matches. They won their two previous round matches and drew three on the trot before that. But despite today’s defeat, they are ahead of Namdhari FC in the points table.
The team coached by Pushpender Kundu are in the seventh position in the table with 25 points from 20 matches.
