Indian Football League 2026-27: List of all IFL transfers so far

The second-tier of Indian club football is set to kick off on October 16, 2026.

The 2026-27 season of the Indian Football League (IFL) is just around the corner.

It will be the second season that the league will be called IFL, after it was rebranded on 28 January 2026. With a potential promotion to the ISL on the cards, eleven teams will look to battle it out for the IFL crown this season.

Despite Diamond Harbour FC emerging victorious in the 2025/26 season, the club failed to complete its outstanding participation-fee payment by the deadline given by AIFF.

While Delhi Football Club and Bengaluru United entered the league after being promoted from IFL 2 (then I-League 2), Mohammedan SC have been relegated to the league after finishing last in the ISL.

Here’s a look at all the transfers made by the IFL sides so far ahead of the 2026 season.

Departures: Subhajit Bhattacharjee, Robi Hansda

Mohammedan SC enter the 2026-27 season with a quiet transfer window, having made no new signings while letting two players depart.

After being relegated from the ISL, the Black Panthers will be gunning to replicate their I-League success from the 2023-24 season.

Shillong Lajong FC

Arrivals: Nelson Rymbai, Arthur Pangaro, Tche Tche, Lunkhongam Chongloi, Jota Victor, Dequinha

Departures: Rudra Ved, Saveme Tariang, Abhay Chhetri, Hamedamanbha Wahlang, Jakob Vanlalhlimpuia, Aman Ahlawat, Wadajied Kynsai Ryngkhem, Maxderidoff Wahlang

Shillong Lajong have been one of the busiest clubs in the market, with a significant overhaul of their squad. Six key arrivals, including the experienced Tche Tche and exciting talents like Nelson Rymbai, signal their intent to build a squad capable of challenging at the top of the IFL.

This comes after a strong 2025-26 campaign where they topped the league table at various stages.

Sreenidi Deccan FC

Arrivals: Lalbiakdika, Pritam Kotal, Rochharzela

Departures: Hardik Bhatt, Lalchungnunga Chhangte, R Lawmnasangzuala, Emboklang Nongkhlaw.

Sreenidi Deccan have only made one new signing, as they look to build on their impressive third-placed finish last season. The 26-year-old Mizoram forward, Lalbiakdika signed for the southern side ahead of the IFL 2026-27 season as he left NorthEast United FC.

Sreenidi Deccan FC have completed the signing of Pritam Kotal ahead of the new season, a key addition for the southern side as they make a strong statement in the transfer market. With Kotal’s arrival, he brings valuable ISL and top-flight football experience, and his defensive ability should improve the shape of their defence.

With the arrival of ISL-experienced player Pritam Kotal, the Deccan side has already improved its defensive shape to fight in the IFL 2026-27 season, but they have just roped in Rochharzela and are ready to get his services.

The former NorthEast United FC and Mohammedan SC star signed a two-year deal with Sreenidi Deccan FC, as it will help them to strengthen their attacking outlets.

Rajasthan United

Arrivals: Jahangir Ahmed

Departures: Norberto, Jaideep Singh Abhishek Ambedkar, Robinson Blandon, Liton Shil, Alan Thapa, Shafeel PP, Kynsai Khongsit, Bhabindra Malla Thakuri, William Pauliankhum, James Kithan, Pragyan Sundar Gogoi, Abdul Samed Ango.

Rajasthan United have undergone a major overhaul, with a staggering 12 players departing. This extensive clear-out comes after a 2025-26 season in which they finished 4th. They signed their first player, Jahangir Ahmed, from Chennaiyin FC’s reserve team on a loan deal.

Dempo SC

Arrivals: Richard Owusu

Departures: Aubin Kouakou, Ashish Sibi, Shubham Rawat, Marcus Joseph.

Dempo SC have seen the departure of key players, most notably the league’s top goalscorer Marcus Joseph (9 goals). Losing him is a significant blow for the club as they now require someone who can fill in the void.

They have however, acquired the services of Richard Owusu.

Chanmari FC

Arrivals: NA

Departures: Fahad Temuri, RS Lallawmzuala, Lalhmangaihsanga, Lalthangliana, Tche Tche, Zothanpuia, P Christopher Kamei, KC Malsawmsanga.

The departure of eight players, including key figures like Tche Tche, indicates a significant squad overhaul. With no new arrivals yet, they are thin on experience, and the season could be challenging if financial and staffing issues are not resolved.

Real Kashmir FC

Arrivals: James Kithan, Marcus Joseph, Joseph Lalvenhima, Mohit Mittal, Lalawmpuia Sailo, Lalrokima

Departures: Mohammad Inam, Salam Singh, Sayad Bin Abdul Kadir, Pradeep Singh, Lethaolen Khongsai, Asrar Rehbar, Shahid Nazir Wani, Basit Bhat, Djakaridja Junior Traore, N Rohen Singh, Fandje Toure, Marius Obekop, Habib Omar Fofana, Shedrack Charles.

Real Kashmir have had a transformative window with many departures but six key arrivals that could define their season.

The signing of prolific goalscorer Marcus Joseph from Dempo is a massive statement of intent, especially after a tough 2025-26 campaign where they finished 7th and had the league’s longest winless run (7 matches).

Joseph Lalvenhima, James Kithan, Mohit Mittal, Lalawmpuia Sailo and Lalrokima have also joined the club.

Aizawl FC

Arrivals: RS Lallawmzuala

Departures: Timur Talipov

Aizawl have yet to make any major move in the transfer window after a poor 8th-place finish in 2026. After leaving Chanmari, where he featured in the IFL last year, goalkeeper RS Lallawmzuala is all set to join Aizawl FC to strengthen their defensive shape, and now the mountain side will look to build the squad around him.

Gokulam Kerala FC

Arrivals: Joao Rodrigues, Lalchungnunga Chhangte, Crislan, Shubham Dixit, Lalbiakliana, Mikel Kortazar, Denny Antwi, Muhammed Rafi, Naresh Singh, Hugo Diaz, Victor Da Silva

Departures: Nili Perdomo, CK Aman, Armand Bazie, Benjamin Kuku, Trijoy Savio Dias, Kingslee Fernandes, John Kennedy, Moses Lalrinzuala, Rishad PP.

The signings of Joao Rodrigues, Crislan, and Mikel Kortazar bring a wealth of experience and skill. This comes after a disappointing 2025-26 season, where they finished 9th and narrowly avoided relegation. Naresh Singh, Hugo Diaz and Victor Da Silva have also joined the club

The club will be looking to these new players to make an immediate impact and propel them back up the table, showing clear ambition to compete for the title.

Delhi FC

Departures: Bali Gangadeep, Deepak Singh, Wangden Tamang, Rituraj Mohan, KS Shikhar

Delhi FC, like Aizawl, are yet to make a significant move in the transfer window.
