After the I-League dilemma, Inter Kashi FC is set for a big test in ISL 2025-26 season

Inter Kashi FC set to begin their official maiden season in the ISL 2025-26. After the I-League dilemma, the orange army set its tone ahead of the new season. The Kashi side is ready for an exciting campaign in the Indian Super League with a strong list of fixtures ahead. They will play their first match on 14th February 2026 against FC Goa at the PJN Stadium. This is not just a club showing up to participate, but a club arriving with the intent to make an immediate impact in their debut season.

After winning the I-League last year, the Varanasi-based club, coached by Antonio Lopez Habas, is set to make a fresh start in the ISL. Initially, Churchill Brothers were declared champions, but later Inter Kashi resorted to legal action and was finally crowned I-League champions. Their fight continued off the field as well at CAS.

The I-League defending champions are ready to take part in the Indian Super League 2025 26 season. The team will look to prove itself against some of the great clubs. Indian football fans are eagerly waiting to see how the club performs in this important season.

Inter Kashi FC kicks off against FC Goa away from home

After AIFF announced the fixtures for the upcoming ISL 2025-26 season, the excitement meter for the game rose very high. As the fixtures are lined up, they are set to begin their maiden season opener against FC Goa in an away match at PJN Stadium on 14th Feb, 2026. This will be a tough test to begin with, as the Habas army will face off against Odisha FC in their second match on 24th February, 2026. The venue for this match yet to be confirmed. With the momentum, Inter Kashi will travel to Kerala at the EMS Stadium to play against Kerala Blasters FC on the 28th February.

As the busy February has passed, March will bring more challenges. Inter Kashi will meet Jamshedpur FC in an away fixture on March 6. This month, the Orange Army will play against some of the big clubs. They will take on Mumbai City FC on March 15, followed by Bengaluru FC on March 22. Both venues are yet to be announced. In April, Inter Kashi FC will lock horns with Chennaiyin FC, Mohammedan SC, and Punjab FC on 7th, 12th and 20th April.

April will end with a bang against Mohun Bagan SG on 26th April at VYBK. This will be the most exciting game from the their perspective. They will end their group stage on May 17, when they will challenge East Bengal FC. The time and venue for this match are still to be announced.

With a challenging mix of home and away fixtures, Inter Kashi FC will look to make a strong impression in their debut ISL season as they take on some of the league’s biggest names.
