Sergio Llamas

Sergio Llamas was the driving force behind Inter Kashi’s success, contributing significantly to the team’s performance.

Llamas dictated the tempo of the matches, linked defense with attack, and remained consistent with his pinpoint deliveries from set-piece movements. The midfielder featured in 13 ISL games for Inter Kashi and racked up a goal to his name. 

Underperformer of the Season

Nishu Kumar

Nishu Kumar made nine appearances and played 750 minutes for Inter Kashi during the 2025-26 season. He began the campaign as a regular starter but gradually lost his place in the lineup.

Given his vast experience of over 150 ISL matches, much more was expected from the full-back, but he was unable to make the impact many had anticipated.

Managerial report card

Playing in their debut ISL season, Inter Kashi never looked like a team without purpose. 

One of ISL’s greatest head coaches, Antonio Lopez Habas, instilled his signature defensive rigidity and organisational discipline as Inter Kashi continued to fight for points. However, as the grueling season evolved, internal shifts saw Abhijit Mondal step into the hot seat. 

Alike Habas, Mondal also did a commendable job, stabilizing a debutant side that could have easily collapsed under the pressure of a late-season slump.

Inter Kashi suffered narrow defeats where they could have settled for a potential draw. A lack of consistency and communication on both ends cost them points multiple times.
