ISL 2025-26: Updated points table, most goals and most assists after East Bengal vs Mohammedan SC

East Bengal FC moves to fourth place in the ISL table
East Bengal FC created history by recording a 7-0 win over Mohammedan Sporting in a high scoring encounter at home in ISL. The Red and Gold Brigade tore their neighbors apart and have sent a message of intent across the league.
The hosts looked sharp and took almost every opportunity to find the back of the net. Anwar Ali broke the deadlock in the sixth minute.
Youssef Ezzejjari scored the second goal for his side through a spot kick before Saul Crespo tripled the home side’s advantage with a 38th minute penalty.
Ezzejjari scored again from the spot in the 55th minute. PV Vishnu also got his name on the scoresheet with a shot from inside the box before Nandhakumar Sekar came off the bench and put the game to bed with the seventh goal.
A brief look at the points table

Mumbai City FC continue to lead the pack with 14 points while Mohun Bagan SG have not moved from second with thirteen points. Jamshedpur FC hold the third position with thirteen points and East Bengal FC were promoted to the fourth spot following a win tonight.
Bengaluru FC and FC Goa have dropped down to the fifth and sixth position respectively.
Punjab FC took the seventh spot with eight points. NorthEast United hold the eighth spot with six points. Odisha FC are still placed ninth while Chennaiyin FC and Inter Kashi take the tenth and eleventh spot respectively.
SC Delhi continues to take the 12th position. Kerala Blasters are ranked 13th on the standings and Mohammedan Sporting still find themselves at the bottom of the table.
