ISL 2025-26: Updated points table, most goals, and most assists after Mohun Bagan SG vs East Bengal FC

East Bengal FC sit at the top of the ISL 2025-26 table with superior goal difference.
The Indian Super League (ISL) 2025-26 title race will be decided on the final day of the league after East Bengal held Mohun Bagan SG to a 1-1 draw in a fierce Kolkata derby. It was a great game of football with both teams going all out against each other.
Edmund Lalrindika broke the deadlock in the 85th minute before Jason Cummings scored one of the most important goals of his career and restored parity for Bagan. The Mariners almost won it with Jamie Maclaren’s 97th-minute strike, but Prabhsukhan Gill stood strong and made an important save.
The first game of the evening witnessed a goalless draw between Inter Kashi and Sporting Delhi. Matija Babovic came up with the first chance of the game before Rohit Danu and Semilen Doungel registered a shot on target each for Inter Kashi.
Alfred Planas came up with three back-to-back shots on target, but still couldn’t find the back of the net as both teams shared spoils.
A brief look at the points table

East Bengal FC have reclaimed the top spot with 23 points, while Mohun Bagan SG have been promoted to second with 23 points. Bengaluru FC have dropped down to third with 23 points. Punjab FC held the fourth position with 22 points. Mumbai City FC remained at fifth with 22 points and Jamshedpur FC completed the top six with 21 points.
FC Goa are ranked seventh with 20 points while Kerala Blasters FC remained at the eighth position. Inter Kashi held the ninth spot with 13 points while NorthEast United took the tenth spot with thirteen points while SC Delhi remained at eleventh.
Odisha FC stay put at twelfth. Chennaiyin FC are ranked thirteenth while Mohammedan Sporting still find themselves at the bottom of the table.
