Chennaiyin FC have had quite a few big names in their managerial dugout since their debut season in 2014. The two-time Indian Super League (ISL) champions have had six managers in 11 ISL seasons from five different nationalities around the world.

Marco Materazzi is the most successful among the lot, having managed the Marina Machans for three whole seasons, also winning an ISL title. The current manager of Chennayin FC Owen Coyle ranks number two in terms of win percentage, however, he has managed the most number of games for the Southern giants.
