Chennaiyin’s Jeremy Manzorro put up a brilliant performance against Khalid Jamil’s men in an exciting ISL clash.

Chennaiyin FC edged past Jamshedpur FC at home with a scoreline of 2-1  at the JLN Stadium in Chennai in an exciting Indian Super League clash (ISL). The away side set the tone of the game with Japanese midfielder Rei Tachikawa finding the back of the net in the 22nd minute. 

Khalid Jamil’s men were totally in control until halftime. However, Owen Coyle’s Chennaiyin FC came out with intent in the second half with goals from Rafael Crivellaro and  Rahim Ali giving the home side an all-important win.

With this win, Chennaiyin FC finds themselves in an all-important sixth position and are just 1 point behind Bengaluru FC in their quest for sixth position and with just 2 weeks to go before the conclusion of the league six teams are in contention for that one slot.
