ISL: All-time top goal-scorers for Indian Super League clubs

A list featuring the top goal-scorers for the respective clubs since 2014.
The Indian Super League (ISL) has witnessed some of the finest domestic and international players grace the pitch, while leaving a lasting impact on their clubs with their goal-scoring prowess. From veteran Indian legends to prolific foreign forwards, each club has had a talisman who stepped up under the brightest lights to deliver the goals.
These players have not only become synonymous with their clubs, but have also carved out a legacy through consistency and leadership among their fans.
Here’s a look at the top all-time scorers from each ISL club since the inaugural 2014 season:
13. Lalremsanga Fanai (Mohammedan SC) – 2 goals

The 23-year-old showed great maturity for his side in a challenging season with the Black Panthers in the 2024-25 season. Fanai scored twice in his 23 appearances for Mohammedan last term.
A former Aizawl FC youth product, the young right-winger showed he has a lot of potential and finished as the club’s highest goal-scorer in the club’s first season in the top division. With Alexis Gomez and França still on the club’s books, Lalremsanga is expected to shine again in the upcoming season.
12. Daniel Chima Chukwu (Jamshedpur FC) – 18 goals

The Red Miners have an active ISL player as the club’s highest goal-scorer in the top division of Indian football in Nigerian striker Daniel Chima Chukwu. The current Chennaiyin FC attacker had a fruitful spell at the Furnace where he scored 18 goals in 48 appearances.
While he failed to break the 10-goal mark in any campaign with Jamshedpur, Chukwu came close in his debut season in the 2021-22 campaign where he scored seven goals in nine games, where the Red Miners won the league winners shield.
11. Luka Majcen (Punjab FC) – 18 goals

The Shers skipper is their club record goal-scorer after managing to score 18 goals in 42 league games. Majcen has been the main source of goals in the league for Panagiotis Dilmperis’ side and provided the cutting edge in front of goal.
He also had a productive individual season as part of the Shers with 10 goals and three assists in 20 league games. While the Shers finished 10th in the league, he might be a player that Punjab might look to re-sign after their decision of revamping the foreigners department ahead of the 2025-26 season.

10. Cleiton Silva (East Bengal FC) – 20 goals

The Brazilian forward has been a beacon of hope for East Bengal FC since joining the ISL outfit on a free transfer during the 2022-23 season. With 20 goals to his name, Silva stands tall as the club’s all-time leading scorer.
A player known for his sharp instincts and composure in front of goal, Cleiton carried the scoring burden in multiple campaigns, often delivering in tight games. His contribution has been vital in keeping East Bengal FC competitive during challenging seasons, except in his final campaign during the 2024-25 season, following which he was released.
9. Jeje Lalpekhlua (Chennaiyin FC) – 23 goals
The Chennaiyin FC striker has been the man for the big occasions for their adoring fan base. The ‘Mizo Sniper’ remains Chennaiyin FC’s top scorer with 23 goals in 69 appearances.
Jeje played an instrumental role in both of Chennaiyin’s ISL title wins during the 2015 and 2017-18 seasons. A player known for his sharp finishing, poacher’s instincts, and ability to rise to big occasions, his time with the Marina Machans made him a fan favourite and a club legend.
8. Alaeddine Ajaraie (NorthEast United FC) – 23 goals

Ajaraie is possibly the only player on this list who scored all his goals in a single season, while becoming the club’s all-time leading scorer. The Moroccan forward has quickly written his name into NorthEast United FC’s history books with 23 goals in 24 league games.
The player possesses a mix of flair, speed, and clinical finishing, while reviving the attacking threat of the Highlanders in the ISL. His recent performances have brought much-needed consistency to the club’s frontline and helped them finish in the playoffs spots in the 2024-25 season.
7. Dimitrios Diamantakos (Kerala Blasters FC) – 23 goals

The former Kerala Blasters FC striker who joined the side in the 2022-23 season scored many goals for his side in his short stint. The Greek striker leads the club’s all-time scoring charts with 23 goals and his exploits earned him a move to East Bengal FC during the 2024-25 season.
Diamantakos combined his strength, intelligence, and relentless pressing, and played a key role in Kerala’s attacking resurgence. The Greek striker’s goals also came in crucial moments, endearing him to the club’s massive fan base for years to come.
6. Dimitri Petratos (Mohun Bagan Super Giant) – 26 goals

The Australian forward has played a key role in Mohun Bagan’s ISL journey, while becoming a cult figure within the club. With 26 goals to his name in 70 appearances, Petratos has been a model of consistency and creativity.
A player equally adept at scoring and assisting, his vision and work ethic have made him a central figure in Bagan’s title-winning squads as he also supplied 17 assists during his time. Petratos continues to be a threat from open play and set pieces alike and was a veteran presence during the Mariners’ recent domestic double winning season.
5. Lallianzuala Chhangte (Mumbai City FC) – 26 goals

One of India’s brightest attacking talents, Lallianzuala Chhangte has come into his own at Mumbai City FC. With 26 goals and counting, Chhangte is not only Mumbai’s all-time top scorer but also a key figure in their ISL title-winning campaigns.
The ‘Mizo Flash’ and his pace, trickery, and ability to cut in from the left make him one of the most exciting players in Indian football. Chhangte again had a productive season for the Islanders, however, was not able to guide them to the ISL title this time around.
4. Bartholomew Ogbeche (Hyderabad FC) – 28 goals

The veteran Nigerian forward has been a goal machine in the ISL, and during his time with Hyderabad FC, he netted 28 goals, becoming their all-time leading scorer. His stellar 2021–22 season saw him guide Hyderabad to their first-ever ISL title.
Ogbeche’s power, positioning, and leadership made him the perfect target man and a menace for defenders. He also enjoyed a stellar career with Mumbai City FC, where he was part of the squad who won the prestigious domestic double winning the league winners shield and the ISL title.
3. Diego Mauricio (Odisha FC) – 44 goals

The Brazilian forward has been the heartbeat of Odisha FC’s attack for many seasons during his multiple stints with the Juggernauts. With 44 goals to his name in Odisha colors, he leads the club’s all-time scoring chart by a wide margin.
Mauricio’s blend of physicality and finishing ability has seen him dominate defences and deliver match-winning performances time and again. His loyalty and impact on Odisha’s rise in the ISL make him a club icon. While he announced his departure from the club ahead of the 2025-26 season, he remains a cherished figure among fans and club staff.
2. Ferran Corominas (FC Goa) – 48 goals

The Spanish striker Ferran Corominas or “Coro” as he is fondly known among fans, was an absolute phenomenon in the ISL. While scoring 48 goals in just three seasons, Coro remains FC Goa’s all-time top scorer and one of the league’s most lethal forwards.
A Golden Boot winner in two consecutive seasons (2017-18 and 2018-19), Coro’s clinical finishing, off-the-ball movement, and consistency were unmatched during his peak with the Gaurs. His legacy continues to inspire FC Goa’s current and future generations as they look to displace him as the club’s all-time leading scorer.
1. Sunil Chhetri (Bengaluru FC) – 68 goals

At the top of the list is none other than Indian football’s captain, leader, and legend, Sunil Chhetri. With a staggering 68 goals for Bengaluru FC, Chhetri is not just the club’s all-time leading scorer but also a legend of the ISL.
With each passing season, Chhetri has delivered for his team — from open play, headers, long-range shots, and pressure penalties. A leader both on and off the pitch, his fitness, professionalism, and dedication to the game are second to none. The 40-year-old continues to inspire a generation of new emerging talent and remains Bengaluru’s most reliable goal threat following his most productive season during the 2024-25 campaign with 12 goals and two assists in 24 league games.
