NorthEast United FC vs Inter Kashi FC Live Streaming: When and where to watch ISL 2025-26 live?

NorthEast United are 12th in ISL standings coming into this game.

NorthEast United FC, coming off a 2-0 home defeat against FC Goa in their previous outing, are set for another challenge in front of their supporters as they prepare to host Inter Kashi FC at the Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium in Guwahati in the Indian Super League 2025-26 season.

The Highlanders have endured a difficult spell in recent weeks, particularly in the final third, managing just three goals in their last five matches. During this run, they have suffered three defeats while picking up draws against Kerala Blasters FC and FC Goa.

For a side that has consistently been in playoff contention over the past two seasons, NorthEast United are clearly underperforming this year and has notably missed the clinical presence of Alaeddine Ajaraie in front of goal.

Inter Kashi FC, on the other hand, have made a solid impression in their debut season in the Indian Super League. Having earned promotion from the I-League ahead of the 2025/26 campaign, they have earned 11 points from nine matches, showing promising signs in their first season in the top-tier.

However, inconsistency remains a concern for Habas’ side. They began the season with two draws and a win in their opening three fixtures, only to follow it up with three consecutive defeats. They then bounced back with back-to-back victories against Mohammedan SC and Chennaiyin FC, before losing again with a loss to Punjab FC in their most recent match.

What to expect from the clash?

One thing both sides will be hoping for in Guwahati is a bit of relief from the weather, with the rain gods expected to show some mercy. The early kick-off comes with no rain forecast, a welcome change considering the challenging conditions in which NorthEast United FC and Mohun Bagan SG previously had to complete their fixture at the venue.

On the pitch, NorthEast United FC are likely to face another stern test in front of goal as they come up against a well-drilled, all-Indian Inter Kashi defence that has looked solid for large parts of the season. The likes of Narender Gahlot and Nishchal Chandan have been particularly impressive at the back, consistently holding their nerves against both Indian and foreign strikers.

Goals have been an issue for both sides. While Juan Pedro Benali’s NorthEast United have struggled in the final third, Habas’ Inter Kashi have also found it difficult to convert chances, with Nauris Petkevičius out of form and Rohit Danu sidelined through injury.

However, against a NorthEast United side missing Zabaco, Inter Kashi will look to capitalize, aiming to nick a crucial goal while keeping things tight at the back to secure all three points and return to winning ways.
