ISL 2024-25: Updated Points Table, Most Goals, and Most Assists after Match 10, Mohammedan SC vs FC Goa
It was an interesting Saturday double header in the Indian Super League (ISL) 2024-25 today. The first game saw Khalid Jamil’s Jamshedpur FC shock Mumbai City FC with a 3-2 comeback win at home. The Red Miners conceded an early goal before Jordan Murray and Javi Hernandez produced the goods and put their side in the lead. Yoell Van Nieff did score a second for the Islanders, but couldn’t stop the home side from picking up their second win of the season.
In the second match, Mohammedan Sporting hosted FC Goa at the Kishore Bharati Krirangan Stadium in Kolkata. Alexis Gomez created history by scoring Mohammedan SC’s first ISL goal in the 66th minute, putting them ahead in the tie. The Black and White Brigade almost had their first ISL win until Armando Sadiku came to FC Goa’s rescue and scored a late equalizer.

A brief look at the points table
After today’s doubleheader, Bengaluru FC continue to be at the top of the table with six points in hand. Jamshedpur FC are now placed second following their win over the Islanders while the third place is held by Punjab FC. Chennaiyin FC and NorthEast United are level on three points and are ranked fourth and fifth respectively.
Mohun Bagan Super Giant are still in the sixth spot while Mumbai City FC are still ranked seventh. FC Goa are in the eighth position, but Mohammedan Sporting have jumped to the ninth position. Kerala Blasters have dropped to the tenth spot followed by East Bengal and Odisha FC at the 11th and 12th place respectively. Hyderabad FC, however, still find themselves at the bottom of the table.

- Luka Majcen (Punjab FC) – 1 assist
