ISL 2024-25: Updated Points Table, most goals, and most assists after match 51, Kerala Blasters FC vs Chennaiyin FC

Kerala Blasters FC finally bounced back to winning ways with a convincing victory against Chennaiyin FC in front of their loyal home fans. Both teams had a few fair chances across the first half but failed to break the deadlock. The Blasters came out all guns blazing in the second half and created a couple of chances from Noah Sadaoui.
They finally opened the scoring with the first goal in the form of Jesus Jimenez. The hosts continued to pile up the pressure on the away side before Adrian Luna set up Noah Sadaoui for the second goal.
Rahul KP came off the bench and scored the third goal for the Blasters and put the game to bed to wrap up a dominant win for his side.
A brief look at the points table
Tonight’s game has not changed much on the table. Mohun Bagan continue to hold the first position while Bengaluru FC are ranked in second position. NorthEast United FC remain in the third place with 15 points in hand. FC have jumped up to the fourth position while Punjab FC have come up to the fifth spot, thanks to a better goal difference. Chennaiyin FC have dropped down to the sixth position.
Jamshedpur FC are locked in the seventh position. Kerala Blasters have climbed up to the eighth position. Mumbai City FC have dropped down to ninth place while Odisha FC are now ranked tenth on the table. Hyderabad FC continue to hold the eleventh spot with seven points in hand. Mohammedan SC are still ranked twelfth and East Bengal are ranked at the bottom of the table with just one point.
