ISL 2023-24: Points Table, Most Goals, and Most Assists after Match 132, Mohun Bagan vs Mumbai City

Mohun Bagan were underdogs heading into the game but defeated Mumbai City to bag the ISL Shield.

Mohun Bagan took the last stride in the last group stage match of ISL 2023-24 by defeating Mumbai City to grab the ISL Shield title.

Mumbai, who entered the match as the table topper, lost the match by a 2-1 margin. While Liston Colaco and Jason Cummings scored the two goals for Mohun Bagan, Lallianzuala Chhangte managed to be the only player to find the net for Mumbai.

With this win, Mohun Bagan lifted the ISL Shield for the first time in their history.

A brief look at the points table 

Mohun Bagan ended the league stage at the top spot with 48 points from 22 matches. Mumbai City FC ended at the second place with 47 points from 22 matches, while FC Goa took the third place with 45 points from 22 games. 

Odisha FC ended their league stage at fourth place with 39 points from 22 matches, and are followed by Kerala Blasters at fifth position with 33 points from 22 matches. Chennaiyin FC have taken the sixth spot with 27 points from 21 matches while NorthEast United ended their campaign at seventh with 26 points.

Punjab FC registered an eighth-place finish in the points table. East Bengal, Bengaluru FC and Jamshedpur FC grabbed the ninth, 10th and 11th spots, respectively.

Hyderabad FC concluded their campaign at the bottom with just eight points from 22 matches.

5. Amey Ranawade (Odisha FC) – 6 assists
