ISL 2024-25: Updated Points Table, most goals, and most assists after match 153, Mohammedan SC vs Punjab FC

Mohammedan SC ended their debut Indian Super League (ISL) campaign with a 2-2 draw against Punjab FC at home. The Black Panthers came back 0-2 down to rescue a point against the Shers. Punjab FC took an early lead with just nine minutes on the clock, thanks to a strike from Ezequiel Vidal. The forward executed a well worked team move to perfection and put his side ahead.
Shabeer was brought into action with a shot from outside the box by Joe Zoherliana and the keeper made an excellent diving save. Luka Majcen doubled his side’s lead in the 53rd minute and put them into the driving seat. Marc Andre Schmerböck came off the bench and pulled a goal back for his side before Robi Hansda brought the game back on level terms.

Mohun Bagan are the league shield winners and will end the group stage with 56 points in 24 games. FC Goa hold the second position with 48 points from 24 games. NorthEast United FC remained at the third position with 38 points in 24 games while Bengaluru FC are stuck at fourth with 38 points from 23 games. Jamshedpur FC have not moved from fifth with 38 points from 23 games. Odisha FC complete the top six with 33 points in 24 games.
Mumbai City FC are still positioned seventh with 33 points in 23 matches. East Bengal are ranked eighth with 28 points. Punjab FC have been promoted to ninth with 28 points in 24 matches. Kerala Blasters are placed tenth with 28 points from 23 games. Chennaiyin FC sit at eleventh with 27 points in 24 games. Hyderabad FC are still placed twelfth with 17 points from 23 games. Mohammedan SC will end their debut season at the bottom of the table with thirteen points in 24 matches.
