5. Seiminlen Doungel vs Chennaiyin FC – 24 years and 16 days

Seiminlen Doungel secured a remarkable hat-trick in 2018 against Chennaiyin at the age of 24. A well-placed ball from Reagan Singh outside the box found Doungel, who deftly chested it to Cezario. He skillfully maneuvered past two defenders, slotting home a rebound after Karanjit Singh’s fumble.

In the opening moments of the second half, Doungel swiftly capitalized on a through ball from Danilo Lopes, confidently beating the keeper for his second goal. The night turned magical as he completed his hat-trick in the 68th minute, calmly finishing a pass from Holicharan Narzary

4. Stiven Mendoza vs FC Goa – 23 years, 3 months, and 15 days

At 23 years old, Stiven Mendoza showcased his brilliance with a hat-trick against FC Goa in 2015. His rapid runs kept the rival defense on edge, breaking the deadlock in the 10th minute. Before halftime, the home team faltered again, conceding a goal courtesy of Elano.

Mendoza, a constant menace to FC Goa’s defense, extended his dominance with two more goals in the 63rd and 75th minutes, decisively sealing the contest. His remarkable performance propelled his team to victory, leaving a lasting impression on the pitch and in the hearts of ISL fans.

3. Thongkhosiem Haokip vs Mumbai City FC – 22 years, 8 months, and 4 days

In 2015, Thongkhosiem Haokip delivered a mesmerising hat-trick against Mumbai City FC in the ISL. The onslaught commenced in the 34th minute when Haokip broke the deadlock for the home side, setting Mumbai on the defensive. Momentum surged as he struck again in the 52nd minute, extending the lead to 3-0.

Haokip’s prowess continued to shine as he completed his hat-trick in the 79th minute, cementing his place in the annals of football history. His clinical finishing and relentless attacking ensured a memorable victory for the Zico-coached side, etching his name in the ISL record book.

2. Vikram Partap Singh vs NorthEast United FC – 22 years, 1 month, and 27 days

Vikram Partap Singh etched his name in ISL history, securing a hat-trick to join the elite ranks of Indian players. At 22, he became only the sixth Indian to achieve this feat, following Mohun Bagan’s Kiyan Nassiri Giri’s record in January 2022. 

He initiated the onslaught by opening the scoring in the third minute, swiftly doubling his tally within the first 10 minutes of the match. The 22-year-old phenom sealed his hat-trick in the 80th minute, elevating his season tally to 7 goals. Singh’s remarkable performance not only secured victory for his team but also solidified his reputation as a formidable striker in the league, as well as a potential starter for the Indian National Team.

1. Kiyan Nassiri vs East Bengal FC – 21 years, 2 months, and 14 days

Jamshid Nassiri’s son Kiyan Nassiri made history as the youngest player to secure a hat-trick in ISL annals. Aged 21 years, two months, and 14 days, he etched his name into the records during a match against SC East Bengal in January 2022. 

Introduced as a substitute for Deepak Tangri, Kiyan seized his opportunity, striking thrice in the final 30 minutes. His remarkable feat not only secured victory but also paved his status as a rising star in Indian football. The precision and skill showcased by him that day remain a testament to his talent and potential.
