IWL 2025-26: Updated Points Table after Round 2 fixtures

Defending champions East Bengal FC got off to a winning start.

The second round of the 2025-26 IWL season once again delivered some shock and decisive results. Wednesday’s games saw four games played simultaneously, with the results leading to movement in the IWL league table.

League leaders Garhwal United FC and title holders East Bengal FC won their respective games, while NITA FA scored six goals past SESA FA. Let us look at how that had an effect on the 2025-26 IWL league table:

Updated league standings after Round 2 fixtures

The updated IWL points table shows that some clubs have moved up and down following recent results. Garhwal United FC remain at the top of the table as they lead second-placed NITA FA by two points with six points after two games. With such a slender difference separating the league leaders from NITA, the outcome of the title race will be closely competed till the final round.

The top two clubs are followed by Sribhumi FC in third, who have three points after their first game of the season and are trailed closely by East Bengal FC in the fourth spot with three points following their first game. Sethu FC fell to the fifth spot with three points after Round 2.

Gokulam Kerala FC climb up to the sixth spot after recording their first point after two games. Kickstart Karnataka FC stay in the seventh spot, while SESA FA stay in eighth spot with no points following their two games.
