Fans can now fill up applications from Kerala Blasters website.

Kerala Blasters FC announces the formation of Fan Advisory Board (FAB), modeled after similar initiatives by leading clubs and leagues worldwide. This platform aims to establish direct communication between the club’s management and its fans, playing a pivotal role in the club’s long-term growth.

Efforts to implement the FAB began at the start of the 2024-25 season, with the club focusing on promoting transparency, inclusivity, and mutual respect. More than just a discussion forum, the FAB will serve as a platform for meaningful action, ensuring that fans’ opinions and suggestions are given due consideration.

The Fan Advisory Board will comprise 12 members selected from Kerala Blasters’ fanbase. The board will meet with club management representatives four times a year to discuss critical topics, including club performance, ticket distribution, and initiatives to strengthen fan engagement.

Interested fans can apply for FAB membership through the club’s official website. Applications are open to all fans aged 19 and above, with a 10 (ten) day online submission window starting today. Of the 12 representatives, nine will be from within India, two will be international representatives, and one will represent a specially abled category.

Members will serve a one-year term, and those who complete their term will not be eligible to re-apply the following year to ensure the board benefits from fresh perspectives and ideas.

The FAB will not be involved directly in decisions related to transfers, team selection, or other sport-related decisions, which remain under the purview of the coaching staff and management. Additionally, the platform cannot be used for personal gain, financial benefits, or individual interests.

Members of the Fan Advisory Board will not hold any shares in the club or serve as board members. The FAB will operate as an independent body, with meeting minutes published on the official website to ensure transparency.

Fans can apply for membership through the club’s official website: www.keralablasters.in.
