The Mariners are hunting for a domestic treble by clinching the Super Cup.

Indian Super League (ISL) defending champions Mohun Bagan Super Giant have officially announced their squad for the Kalinga Super Cup 2025 tournament. The 26-man squad only features one foreign player with a lot of young and promising talents been given their chances to shine.

The Mariners have not won the Super Cup and will be working towards completing a historic domestic treble with their young squad. Mohun Bagan Super Giant head coach Jose Molina will be looking to close out his first season at the helm with three trophies in a season marked by success.

Mohun Bagan Super Giant will have three goalkeeper options in Dheeraj Singh, Arsh Anwer Shaikh, and Priyansh Dubey. Dheeraj will be expected to be the starting goalkeeper for the Mariners as he looks to shine in his role as the starting goalkeeper in the crucial Kalinga Super Cup 2025 campaign.

The Mariners might potentially have a starting lineup featuring Dippendu Biswas, Nuno Reis, Ravi Bahadur Rana and Amandeep. However, Molina will have defensive options in the form of Raj Baspore, Leewan Castanha, Saurabh Bhanwala, Umer Muhthat KP on the bench.

In the midfield, the team boasts a combination of flair, creativity and solidity with players like Abhishek Suryavanshi, Sahal Abdul Samad, Deepak Tangri and Glan Martins. The bench looks promising as well with a very young bench featuring players like Shibam Munda, Sandeep Malik, Leimapokpam Sibajit Singh, Salahudheen Adnan K, Pasang Dorjee Tamang, Thumsol Tongsin as options for instant impact.

Leading the line, Molina has plenty of attacking options like Ashique Kuruniyan and Suhail Ahmad Bhat. Two young attackers in Loitongbam Taison Singh and Serto Worneilen Kom, are young and hungry backups in case of any injury or refreshing the lineups.

Nuno Reis is the only foreign player in Mohun Bagan Super Giant squad

The Mariners have only named one foreigner in Portuguese centre-back Nuno Reis ahead of their upcoming quarterfinals game against Kerala Blasters FC.

While Mohun Bagan Super Giant were unable to feature the Portuguese a lot this season, his return and first game in the iconic club shirt will bring plenty of cheer for the fans.
