Rajasthan United Residential Academy in Jaipur has recently been awarded 3-Star Academy status.

In a landmark move for Indian football, Rajasthan United Football Club becomes the first professional club in India to conduct official player trials in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands. This historic initiative marks a major step towards integrating untapped talent from the Islands into the national football ecosystem.

The trials will be held for the U13, U15, and U17 age categories, with selected players earning a chance to join Rajasthan United’s prestigious Residential Academy in Jaipur, which has recently been awarded 3-Star Academy status under AIFF’s accreditation.

This outreach forms part of Rajasthan United Football Club’s larger vision to nurture grassroots footballers from all corners of India—especially regions that have remained disconnected from the mainland sporting framework.

Message from the Rajasthan United Football Club Director – Kamal Singh Saroha

“It is a proud moment for us at Rajasthan United FC to be the first club to reach out to the talented youth of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands. We strongly believe that football belongs to every corner of India, and this initiative is our way of bridging the gap between the islands and the mainland. Our aim is not just to scout talent, but to provide these young players with the facilities, training, and exposure they truly deserve at our Residential Academy in Jaipur.”

“We are committed to ensuring that no dream goes unseen, no talent goes unnoticed. This is just the beginning.”
