Mohun Bagan look to solidify their efforts of reaching the knockout stages of the 2025 Super Cup when they host old rivals Dempo SC in their second group game at the Fatorda Stadium, Goa on Tuesday (28 October 2025).

The Mariners can bolster their chances of making it past the group stages with a win over the Goan side, who look to produce another spirited effort to continue their impressive run in the tournament.

Mohun Bagan were able to weather the storm to get off to a solid start in the 2025 Super Cup by defeating Chennaiyin FC in the opening game. In doing so, they’ve also been able to take control of Group A and strengthen their chances of making it to the knockout rounds.

However, consistency is key for the Mariners to win their group and make it to the next rounds in style. They need to prove that the Chennaiyin FC win was no fluke by producing another dominant performance against Dempo SC.

They’ll have to be defensively sturdy against the Goan side, but need to be particularly clinical in finishing off their opportunities decisively to get a big win.
