The India U-20 men’s football team get the much-needed victory against Bangladesh in the last group stage match of AFC U-20 Asian Cup 2027 Qualifiers. The Blue Colts entered this game after a tough loss to hosts Uzbekistan making this match a must win for India U-20.
India U-20 started positively against the South Asian rivals, Bangladesh, keeping the ball and playing positive build up football, creating good chances. The goalscoring opened up in the 25th minute, when Hateem Ali played a beautiful ball to Danny who made it 1-0 for the Blue Colts. India became a little pragmatic after scoring the first goal and Bangladesh kept threatening the Blue Colts in the first half. However, the first 45 minutes ended 1-0 in favour of India U-20.
