Indian Football Team Player Watch: Vishal Kaith, Liston Colaco impress; Manvir Singh needs to improve

A few Indian football team players have shown some spirited performances this week in ISL.
Khel Now is back with another analysis of the Indian football team players. This time the names of 25 players who represented the nation in the match against Malaysia in an international friendly have been listed again.
This report has been prepared based on the Indian Super League (ISL) 2024-25 Game Week 19 to keep the players’ performance updated while keeping an eye on the upcoming international assignments.

Brandon Fernandes – 7
Brandon completed 89% of passes and also executed a key pass. He also had two shots off-target.
Chinglensana Singh Konsham – 7
Sana made three clearances, two blocks and one interception and tackle each. He also completed 89% of his passes.
Edmund Lalrindika – NA
Farukh Chaudhary – 6.5
Farukh executed just one key pass and interception each while losing the ball possession 11 times.
Gurpreet Singh Sandhu – 7
Gurpreet couldn’t keep a clean sheet, but he made four crucial saves, including three saves from inside the box. He also made one high claim and won 2/2 aerial duels.
Jeakson Singh Thounaojam – NA
Lalengmawia – 7
Apuia wasn’t up to the mark this week. He failed to complete a lot of his passes and lost ball possession 13 times. However, he made two clearances, tackles and interceptions each.
Lallianzuala Chhangte – 7
Chhangte executed four key passes and created one big chance. The skipper won four duels and made one clearance and tackle each.
Liston Colaco – 7.5

Liston scored a wonder goal and emerged as the messiah for Mohun Bagan against Bengaluru FC. He won all of his aerial duels and made one tackle as well.
Manvir Singh – 6.5
Manvir did not put in a good performance this week. He did execute one key pass, but lost the ball possession 15 times and won only 5/13 duels.
Mehtab Singh – 7.5
Mehtab made five clearances and two blocks. He also executed 89% of his passes to perfection, including one key pass and won 2/3 aerial duels.
Rahul Bheke – 7
Bheke made five clearances while completing 93% of his passes. He also made one interception and missed a big goal scoring chance.
Roshan Singh Naorem – 6.5
Roshan made two clearances, one interception and tackle each. However, he lost the ball 17 times and completed just 62% of his passes.
Subhasish Bose – 7
The left-back made four interceptions and tackles each. He also gave away the ball 17 times and managed a passing accuracy of 63%.
Suresh Singh Wangjam – 7
Suresh completed 80% of his passes while winning the majority of his ground and aerial duels. He made two tackles and one interception as well.
Vishal Kaith – 8

Vishal Kaith is now almost guaranteed the golden glove. He kept this tenth clean sheet this week and also made five saves, including three from inside the box. Kaith also recorded a clearance.
Thoiba Singh – NA
Hmingthanmawia Ralte – 7
Valpuia put up a good performance. He recorded a shot on target and brought the keeper into action. He made two clearances, one interception and tackle each while completing 88% of his passes.
Sandesh Jhingan – NA
Jithin MS – 7
Jithin was a livewire for NorthEast United this week. He created one big chance and executed a key pass well and troubled the opposition defenders with his pace and trickery.
Vibin Mohanan – 6.5
He completed 83% of his passes, including one key pass. Vibin recorded one shot on target and lost ball possession six times.
Irfan Yadwad – 7.5
He racked up an assist while recording two key passes, one interception and tackle each. Irfan won all of his ground duels and the majority of his aerial duels.
