Indian Football Team Player Watch: Rahul Bheke, Sandesh Jhingan impress; Liston Colaco, Manvir Singh need improvement

Some notable players from the Indian football team showed some real promise this week in ISL.
Khel Now is back with another analysis of the Indian football team players. This time the names of 25 players who represented the nation in the match against Malaysia in an international friendly have been listed again.
This report has been prepared based on the Indian Super League (ISL) 2024-25 Game Week 24 to keep the players’ performance updated while keeping an eye on the upcoming international assignments.
The performances of the 23 players till the Game week 24 of ISL.
Amrinder Singh – 7
Amrinder kept a clean sheet this week in ISL and pulled off two saves including one save from inside the box. He also recorded one high claim and save from inside the box. Singh also came off his line once to clear away the danger.
Aakash Sangwan – 6.5
Sangwan lost ball possession 25 times this week in ISL. He also made two clearances and one tackle while completing just 70% of his passes.
Anwar Ali – 7

Ali made five clearances and two tackles while winning the majority of his ground duels and 1/1 aerial duel. He executed 85% of his passes to perfection this week in ISL, including one key pass.
Asish Rai – 6.5
Rai wasn’t very involved in Mohun Bagan’s 2-2 draw against Mumbai City FC. He just completed 7/9n passes in 26 minutes.
Brandon Fernandes – 7.5
Brandon executed three key passes while executing 83% of passes. He also recorded one shot on target and won 3/6 ground duels.
Chinglensana Singh Konsham – 7.5
Sana made nine clearances and two blocks while winning all of his aerial duels this week in ISL. He also executed one key pass and completed 86% of his passes.
Edmund Lalrindika – NA
Farukh Chaudhary – 6.5
Darukh made one interception and tackle each while winning 2/3 ground duels.
Gurpreet Singh Sandhu – 7
Gurpeet returned to action with a clean sheet and made one save and high claim each.
Jeakson Singh Thounaojam – 6.5
Jeakson played just 16 minutes this week in ISL and had five touches and one clearance.
Lalengmawia – NA
Lallianzuala Chhangte – 7.5

Chhangte completed 89% of his passes to perfection and executed one key pass. He won three duels and recorded one clearance, interception and tackle each. He also had a shot on target.
Liston Colaco – 7
Liston engineered a key pass and made two tackles, one clearance and interception each. He attempted five passes into the final third and one shot on target.
Manvir Singh – 6.5
Manvir won a lot of his aerial and ground duels. He has three touches in the opposition box while playing seven passes into the final third. However, he lost ball possession 15 times.
Mehtab Singh – NA
Rahul Bheke – 8
Rahul Bheke scored the winning goal for Bengaluru FC against Chennaiyin FC this week in ISL. He also made six clearances and two tackles. He also won a lot of his duels and completed 82% of his passes.
Roshan Singh Naorem – 6.5
Roshan made six clearances, including three headed clearances and interceptions each. He played seven passes into the final third/
Subhasish Bose – 7
Bose maintained a passing precision of 90% and executed two passes into the final third. He made two ball recoveries, blocks and clearances each alongwith one tackle.
Suresh Singh Wangjam – 7
Suresh completed 85% of his passes, including eight passes into the final third. He made five ball recoveries and two interceptions while winning 4 duels.
Vishal Kaith – 7
He conceded two goals and made four saves in the process. He made ten recoveries while recording five diving saves. Kaith also recorded two high claims.
Thoiba Singh – 7
Thoiba maintained a passing accuracy of 81%. He had one touch in the opposition box and came very close to scoring a goal. Singh made 17 passes into the final third and three recoveries, two interceptions and one clearance.
Hmingthanmawia Ralte – 7.5
Valpuia recorded five tackles, the most by any player in that game alongside five ball recoveries. He won ten duels and completed 95% of his passes.
Sandesh Jhingan – 7.5

Jhingan made five clearances, two tackles and one interception. Jhingan completed 89% passes and won all of his aerial duels and most of his ground duels this week in ISL.
Jithin MS – NA
Vibin Mohanan – 7
Vibin completed 45/49 passes with an accuracy of 90%. He also executed one key pass and made two tackles and clearances each.
Irfan Yadwad – 7
Irfan created one big chance while executing one key pass. He won eight duels and made three clearances and tackles each.
