The Blue Tigresses will be in action on March 5 and 8.
The Indian women's national team are set to play Egypt and Jordan in two friendly matches, both of which are to be played in Jordan from April 5-8, 2022. The Blue Tigresses, who are currently training in a preparatory camp in Goa, will leave for Jordan on April 2.
Meanwhile, the All India Football Federation (AIFF) on Wednesday announced that the two friendly matches against Egypt and Jordan will be live streamed on the official YouTube channel of Jordan FA.
"The live streaming of the two friendly matches of the Indian Senior Women’s National team against Egypt and Jordan will be available on the official YouTube handle of the Jordan FA," said the AIFF in a release.

Earlier, head coach Thomas Dennerby had announced a 30-member squad that is set to travel to Jordan for the friendlies. The team have been training in Goa since March 28. Few players from the Indian U-18 Women's Team that recently lifted their maiden SAFF U-18 Women's Championship have also been included in the squad. Among them are Astam Oraon, Apurna Narzary and Martina Thokchom.
India clinched their maiden SAFF U-18 Women’s Championship title in their third attempt after topping the league stage. The young Blue Tigresses lost their final fixture to Bangladesh by a 0-1 margin but won the title via a superior goal difference.

Both Bangladesh and India finished on nine points each. In the SAFF U-18 Women’s Championship, India played four matches and scored 13 goals, while conceding only two — one of which came against Bangladesh in their last match.
Prior to the SAFF Championship, the Indian senior women’s team participated in the AFC Women’s Asian Cup 2022, which took place in India. However, the Blue Tigresses were knocked out from the competition just after one game.
Both matches kick-off at 10:30 pm Jordan time at the Prince Mohammed Stadium in Zarqa.
