Saturday night's game saw no Indian player leaving their mark.
Kerala Blasters brought their home campaign to an end with a big win against rivals Bengaluru FC on Saturday. Deshorn Brown gave the visitors the lead 16 minutes into the game, but a brace from Blasters skipper Bartholomew Ogbeche ensured that the Yellow Army had something to celebrate in their final home game. Here are the Indian player ratings for the game:Kerala Blasters
Bilal Khan- 6.5 The goalkeeper was caught in no man's land for Dwayne Brown's opener. It was an assured performance from Bilal, otherwise. On one occasion, he did really well to reach the ball before Nishu Kumar got the chance to get on a through ball and made sure he claimed it immediately. Was booked for time-wasting towards the end. Lalruatthara- 7.0 Wasn't the most influential in attack or defence for the Blasters, but Lalruatthara was ever-present, running tirelessly up and down the right flank. In the first half, the right-back impressively won the ball in his half, gave the ball to Ogbeche and gave the Nigerian support all the way till the Bengaluru box. Was booked for a foul on Nishu Kumar. Raju Gaikwad- 7.0 While the centre-back is not the fancied player for Kerala Blasters, he made a goal-saving tackle, running from behind to deny Udanta Singh from doubling the lead for Bengaluru FC in the first half. Kept Kerala Blasters in the game with the well-timed tackle, which would have seen the winger go through on goal otherwise.Jessel Carneiro- 5.0
The left-back has arguably been Blasters' most consistent performer of the season. While he had little impact in the game overall, Jessel made his presence felt with his runs and crosses throughout the game. It was a cross from him that led to the hosts receiving the penalty. Produced a good long-range attempt which was not on target.Holicharan Narzary- 6.0
Harzary had a decent outing even though the winger did not contribute in any of the goals. The 25-year-old delivered a couple of threatening crosses, but his highlight was when he had a thunderous shot on target with his left leg. The shot looked goal-bound before Gurpreet pulled off a top-notch save. Was subbed off for Rahul KP with 13 minutes to go.Sahal Abdul Samad- 5.0
The youngster, as always, was assured with the ball at his feet. The Indian midfielder's control and first touch are commendable. However, the local lad would have liked to have more influence on the game. Was replaced by Mohammed Rafi in the dying minutes.Substitutions
Rahul KP- 5.0
The young winger had very little time to make an impact, with Kerala Blasters looking to hold their lead over Bengaluru FC in the final minutes. However, his motive was there to be seen when he rallied the Manjappada when there was a small stoppage in play. Was booked as well.Mohammed Rafi- N/A
The striker was on the pitch for less than five minutes. Did not contribute much to the game. [KH_ADWORDS type="4" align="center"][/KH_ADWORDS]Bengaluru FC
Gurpreet Singh Sandhu- 5.0
Did well to save Messi Bouli's powerful header even though the shot was straight at him. Could have done better to save Ogbeche's equalizer late in the first half. However, redeemed himself by making a top drawer save to deny Narzary from scoring a long-ranger.Rahul Bheke- 4.0
In a game where the opposition had 63% possession and 15 shots, Bheke cannot certainly be pleased. The defender could have done better to pull level in the dying minutes, but his header was off target.Nishu Kumar- 4.5
Similar to Bheke, Nishu would not be pleased with his performance on the night, while he had his moments. Particularly, there was a decent cross from the left-back in the first half, which found Udanta, who was not able to hit the target.Harmanjot Khabra- 4.0
While Khabra made some runs down the right flank, he wasn't influential for most parts.Suresh Singh Wangjam- 6.0
While three goals were scored on the night, Suresh was the only Indian player to be involved in one of them. He setup Brown with a brilliant ball and claimed the assist. Suresh was ever-present in the Bengaluru FC midfield, with his pressing causing trouble to Kerala Blasters.Udanta Singh- 5.0
The Bengaluru winger certainly troubled the Kerala Blasters defence with his pace on the flank, but would have wanted to make more impact on the night. Replaced by Ashique Kuruniyan early in the second half. [KH_RELATED_NEWS title="Related News | Article Continues Below"][/KH_RELATED_NEWS]Substitutions
Ashique Kuruniyan- 5.5
Made his presence felt as soon as he came on with his pace. Drove a forceful shot towards goal, which Drobarov had to put his body on the line to block. However, he wasn't able to help his side get anything out of the game.Thongkhosiem Haokip- 4.0
Replaced Brown, the goalscorer and was on the pitch for just above 30 minutes. However, Haokip could not be the influence his side needed and was left even more helpless after Blasters took the lead in the second half.Latest News
