As of now, two games involving Kerala Blasters have been postponed.

On Wednesday, January 19, Indian Super League (ISL) organizers confirmed their decision to postpone the following day's match involving ATK Mohun Bagan and Kerala Blasters. Similarly, they also announced the new date and time for the ATK Mohun Bagan - Odisha FC clash which was postponed earlier this month.

"Indian Super League (ISL) has decided to postpone Match No. 66 between Kerala Blasters FC and ATK Mohun Bagan scheduled to be played on Thursday, January 20, 2022, at Tilak Maidan Stadium, Vasco. Assessing the situation based on the advice of the League's medical team, Kerala Blasters FC are unable to field a team and safely prepare for and play the match," the league's official statement read.

The statement further added, "Match No. 53 between ATK Mohun Bagan and Odisha FC has been rescheduled to Sunday, January 23, 2022, at the PJN Stadium, Fatorda. Kick-off is at 9:30 PM IST. The match was originally scheduled for Saturday, January 8, 2022."

A total of five matches have hence been postponed, in the ongoing 2021-22 season of the ISL. It all began with the above-mentioned ATKMB-OFC contest getting put off for a later date, followed by the postponement of the ATK Mohun Bagan - Bengaluru FC game a week later. The following day, Kerala Blasters' match against Mumbai City met the same fate, and so did the Hyderabad FC - Jamshedpur FC clash that was set to take place on Monday.

KBFC's game against ATKMB has been postponed because of the rise in the number of COVID-19-positive cases in the Yellow Army's camp. The situation in bad - Khel Now has been told that the two-time finalists were unable to field a full team on Thursday, provided the match went ahead as planned.

Almost every team in the league are reeling from the outbreak of the virus, and it remains to be seen as to how the rest of the ISL 2021-22 season will go ahead.
