Odisha FC have announced the signing of two players on Tuesday. The Juggernauts have completed the signing of 21-year-old goalkeeper Antonio D'Silva from Dempo SC and 32-year-old defender Karan Amin from Jamshedpur FC respectively. Both the players have signed for one and a half years, with the latter having an option to extend his stay for a further year.
Antonio D'Silva joins Kamaljit Singh, Arshdeep Singh and Ravi Kumar as the four goalkeepers of Odisha FC. He joins the club after playing for Dempo SC in the Goa Pro League 2021-22.

Yet to play in the Indian Super League, the 21-year-old began his youth career at Goan club Salgaocar FC. From Salgaocar, Antonio D'Silva joined FC Goa in 2017. With the development side of the ISL club, Antonio D'Silva gained experience of playing in the Second Division League, Durand Cup, and the Goa Pro League. He clocked 884 minutes in nine games last season and made 12 saves.
While Antonio D'Silva will bring young flare to the Juggernauts' goalkeeping squad, Karan Amin will add experience in the defence. Karan is a versatile full-back, who can play on both flanks.
Karan Amin Joins from Jamshedpur FC
The 32-year-old will be competing with first-choice left-back Sahil Panwar and 27-year-old Lalruatthara for a spot in the starting XI. He will also add depth to the right-back spot, along with the likes of Hendry Antonay and Sebastian Thangmuansang.

Karan Amin brings with him the experience of playing in the Indian Super League. The Mumbai-born full-back joined Jamshedpur FC after a successful trial with the club in January 2018. He made his professional debut for the club in a Super Cup match against Minerva Punjab. He was brought on in the 74th minute and helped Jamshedpur win the game on penalties.
The 32-year-old Indian defender spent his development years as part of the youth teams of I-League clubs Mahindra United, Air India and Mumbai FC. His first senior appearance came for Mumbai, after which Karan left for DSK Shivajians. Before joining Jamshedpur FC, he spent four years with PIFA playing in the Second Division League.
Karan made just one appearance for the club in the ongoing ISL season, when he came on the 89th minute against NorthEast United.
