FK Jablonec will go head-to-head against Brighton & Hove Albion for their second league phase fixture of the UEFA Conference League 2026-27 season. This clash will take place at the Stadion Strelnice.
A part of the Czech First League, Jablonec suffered a 2-3 loss at the hands of SC Freiburg in their opening game of the European competition. It was a close contest, and their performance was not quite enough to secure three points. They will now be eager to secure their first win of the tournament.
Luboš Kozel’s men will be at home for their upcoming outing, but it will not be an easy one for them.
The Seagulls have been in a top run of form lately. They secured a dominant 4-0 victory against Kauno Zalgiris in their previous UEFA Conference League outing. The Fabian Hürzeler-led side will only be looking to extend their winning run.
Despite being the visiting side, Brighton & Hove Albion will be fully confident. They are going to make things very tough for the hosts.
Players to watch
Antonín Růsek (Jablonec)
The 27-year-old will be looking to step up his game so that he can help his side get back to winning ways. He was one of the goal scorers for FK Jablonec in their last Europa League outing against SC Freiburg and will be looking to add more to his tally. Antonín Růsek is going to be deployed as a sole striker once again.
Charalampos Kostoulas (Brighton)
Charalampos Kostoulas is going to be an important asset in the final third for Brighton & Hove Albion. He was the star of the show for the Seagulls in their dominant 5-0 victory against Crystal Palace in the Premier League. The 19-year-old scored one of the goals and bagged a crucial assist. He will keep the opponent’s defence on edge.
