Juventus vs Palermo: Full lineups confirmed for pre-season friendly

The Serie A giants, Juventus, are all set to return to action. They will take on the Italian second-tier side, Palermo FC, for a club friendly clash at the Optus Stadium. This is going to be an entertaining outing ahead of the new season.

The Luciano Spalletti-led side faced a stern test against the fellow Italian club, Inter Milan, in their last outing. It was not their best performance and the Old Lady fell to a 1-2 loss. Compared to their previous pre-season games, their defence failed to stop the Nerazzurri. Juventus will also be looking for a better performance in the final third. Controlling the tempo from the start will surely help them out.

Filippo Inzaghi’s men will be in for a tough contest. Even though they secured an easy win in their opening pre-season contest against Melbourne City, the clash against the Old Lady is going to bring several challenges for them. Palermo FC don’t have a similar quality in the squad, which will be the most important factor. They will be looking to learn a lot from the top Italian club and will also not be looking to go down without a fight.
