Liverpool transfers: All ins & outs in summer window 2026
The Reds have signed several big names over the summer.
Liverpool began a new era in the 2026-27 season following a disastrous campaign under Arne Slot. The Dutchman was axed, and former Bournemouth head coach Andoni Iraola took charge of the Merseyside club.
Other than a change at the top, there were several comings and goings at Anfield. Some big, long-serving names departed, including the legendary Mohamed Salah. Iraola moved quickly to shore up the Reds’ attack with some established names and high-potential youngsters.
This season is expected to be a transitional one for the Reds. Iraola will need time to establish his philosophy. The players signed last season, who largely flattered to deceive, will need to get on board with the new head coach’s tactics if they want to turn around their Premier League careers.
