Manchester City’s Champions League 2026-27 league-phase fixtures have been revealed, with Pep Guardiola’s side handed an intriguing mix of heavyweight European opponents and challenging away trips. City will host PSG, Sporting CP, Napoli and AEK Athens, while their away fixtures will see them travel to Barcelona, Porto, RB Leipzig and Lens.

The headline fixture is undoubtedly City’s away clash against Barcelona, while the home meeting with PSG is another blockbuster encounter. Matches against Sporting CP and Napoli will also provide stern tests, with the trips to Porto and Leipzig adding further difficulty to the league phase. City will need to maintain consistency across the eight matches to secure a strong position.

The Premier League champions will be expected to make the most of their four home fixtures while targeting valuable points on the road. The encounters with AEK Athens and Lens could provide opportunities to strengthen their league-phase campaign, but City will have little room for complacency given the quality of their schedule. Their overall performance across these eight matches will be crucial in determining their route into the knockout stages.
