The centre-back was a crucial part of the Men of Steel in the last three seasons.
Memo Moura ended his time with Jamshedpur FC by announcing his departure from the club after three seasons of distinguished service for the Men of Steel.
The Brazilian centre-back was an inextricable part of the Jamshedpur setup and was one of the first players to sign for the club in 2017. He has since featured in every game for them, missing only 84 minutes of action. Such numbers are a true testament to his capability and all-round ability, when either playing as a centre-back or later as a defensive midfielder.
Reminiscing back on his journey with Jamshedpur, Memo Moura wrote a heartfelt account of his time on his Instagram profile saying, "I remember then in my first interview in Jamshedpur, I said I would play for you and I would like to be marked in your mind. In these three seasons, I hope I have done my role well in the field. My will, determination and love were not lacking to win games."
"Today ends a shekel (sic) of three seasons. Thank you to Jamshedpur, to all the staff for all the affection you showed to me and my family. To you, the fans, I'm speechless to thank you all for the affection," read Memo's statement.
He added, "I'm leaving with my head held high. I really wanted to continue, but there is God who knows why I didn't continue. I thank God for helping me meet such lovely people, my Indian players, there are many I have taken up as brothers and will do for a lifetime. I will miss you all."

"To the fans, thank you very much. If God allows, I want to be able to see you again in The Furnace, you are incredible. The world is small, I'm sure that we will meet one day. Here is my thanks to this club that I learned to like," concluded Memo Moura.
Meanwhile, Jamshedpur FC also expressed their gratitude by putting out a post thanking Memo for his services. It read, "3 seasons of shared wins, learning and pure joy... our run has been nothing but memorable with you. We will miss you, @memomoura! Thank you for everything!"
