Patrick Dorgu subbed off with injury during Denmark vs Wales UEFA Nations League match

The left winger had to be substituted after suffering an injury.

Shortly after Bruno Fernandes’ injury was revealed, Manchester United experienced yet another setback after Patrick Dorgu sustained an injury while playing for his country.

Jorge Jesus, the manager of Portugal, recently disclosed that Fernandes was doubtful for their match against Norway because of an injury.

Jesus said Fernandes had been playing through discomfort. But the injury doesn’t seem too significant, which is important for the Red Devils.

Patrick Dorgu replaced during Denmark game due to injury

Due to an injury, Patrick Dorgu was replaced after just 29 minutes against Wales, perhaps giving Michael Carrick another setback going into October.

In less than thirty minutes, Denmark‘s left-sided attacker, Dorgu, was replaced. The 21-year-old was pulled off after going down a few minutes prior and being unable to continue.

Although it didn’t seem like a significant injury, you never know whether he has a hamstring issue that could keep him out for some time.

Patrick Dorgu had been in and out of the team before. He did play the entire ninety minutes of a Premier League match against Manchester City.

Mohamed Daramy, an attacker for Reims, replaced Dorgu, who was seen hobbling straight down the tunnel to the dressing room. Denmark manager Brian Riemer is anticipated to give the media an update, even though the precise kind and extent of the injury have not yet been formally verified.

Carrick is already dealing with a thin roster at Old Trafford, so the timing of Patrick Dorgu’s injury could scarcely be worse. Fitness problems have devastated the Red Devils throughout this international window.
