All players to score goals in 10 or more consecutive Champions League games ft. Harry Kane

Kane is now nearing a new record in the Champions League.

Some of the greatest goalscorers in history have played in the Champions League. Plenty of football legends have graced the stage of Europe’s, and possibly the world’s, elite club tournament. However, only a few have been able to score many goals. When we talk about the all-time top scorer in the competition, Cristiano Ronaldo is the name that echoes.

However, in this piece, he remains the only player to have scored in 11 consecutive games in the competition, but his record is under threat, and we take a look at the other player.

List of players to score in 10 or more consecutive Champions League games

2. Harry Kane: 10 games (2026/27)

Harry Kane is chasing Ronaldo’s record. The former Tottenham striker has scored in 10 straight games since January 2026. The longest scoring run in Champions League history, and he is now on the course to break Ronaldo’s record.

Kane started his run with two goals against Union Saint-Gilloise in January and has scored in every Champions League fixture since, most notably a penalty against Arsenal. The England captain has scored 12 goals during this streak.

1. Cristiano Ronaldo: 11 games (2017/18)

Cristiano Ronaldo has scored in the most consecutive UEFA Champions League games. The Portuguese attacker recorded goals in 11 consecutive matches for Real Madrid in the 2017/ 18 campaign. It started with two goals in the 2017 Champions League final against Juventus, and he scored 17 goals throughout that wonderful run.

The ex-Galactico is the Champions League’s all-time top scorer with 140, but maybe his greatest period was in 2017/18. Hence, he is called the competition’s best player.
