FA charges Chelsea's Maurizio Sarri for misconduct
Elsewhere, the Italian tactician's assistant claims that the former Napoli gaffer was just instructing his players to stay back in the formation.
The Monday night kick off between Chelsea and Burnley turned ugly by the end of the game. Four first-half goals meant the match ended in a stalemate and in the urge of getting a winner, Sarri was seen around touchline instructing his players to fall back into position. And in the very next moment, he was sent off for the stoppage time.
His assistant, Gianfranco Zola said the decision was harsh as the head coach "was just trying to tell our players to get in position".
The official statement read, "Maurizio Sarri has been charged with misconduct in relation to his behaviour in the 94th minute of Monday's (22/04/2019) Premier League fixture between Chelsea and Burnley."
"The Chelsea manager has until 18:00 on Friday (26/04/2019) to provide a response."

Although allegations are up against the Burnley bench where referee Kevin Friend is understood to have received a complaint over claims of racial abuse directed by members of Burnley's backroom staff towards Sarri.
