PSG name squad for UEFA Super Cup clash vs Aston Villa

The French club will be looking to clinch their second consecutive Super Cup.
In the lead-up to Paris Saint-Germain’s encounter against English team Aston Villa in the UEFA Super Cup final on Wednesday night, Spanish coach Luis Enrique has revealed the team’s official roster.
Paris Saint-Germain hopes to begin the new season by winning a continental championship and building on the team’s historic performance from the previous campaign.
Many players have returned to the squad who had extra days to rest after the World Cup, as Enrique has named a full-strength travelling squad to face Aston Villa.
Ousmane Dembré, Désiré Doué, Bradley Barcola, Warren Zaïre-Emery, Lucas Hernandez, Morocco full-back Achraf Hakimi, and world champion Fabian Ruiz are among the players in the group. They are all listed in the travelling team of Luis Enrique.
France internationals Maghnes Akliouche and Lucas Digne, who joined last week, are among the new recruits. Youngsters Dro Fernandez, Quentin Ndjantou, and Ibrahim Mbaye additionally make the cut.
PSG struggled in the preseason without their senior players, drawing 1-1 with Manchester United and losing 0-3 to Mallorca.
They will defend the title they claimed against Tottenham last year, drawing 2-2 and then winning 4-3 on penalties, in an attempt to regain their form.
