Real Madrid vs Sevilla LIVE – Confirmed starting lineups & pre-match updates for LaLiga 2026-27 clash

Los Blancos will be the favourites against Los Nervionenses.

Two Spanish giants will lock horns in LaLiga as Real Madrid will host Sevilla at the iconic Santiago Bernabéu. Both sides sit close in the points table as Madrid are in fourth with 18 points & Sevilla are in fifth place with 14 points.

So far, the journey has been full of ups and downs for Real Madrid under Jose Mourinho. They faced defeat against their rival Atletico, and now, in the last few games, they are facing defensive instability. They have a lot of quality in their team and are very much capable of bouncing back.

Mourinho will be confident in his team as some big games are coming up in the next few days, and Los Blancos can’t afford to lose those. Getting a win against Sevilla will surely boost their confidence for the next games.

Sevilla’s form against Real Madrid have been awful in the last few years, as they have lost at home and on the road. They will hope to change this losing streak when they clash on Monday. Luis Garcia Plaza has done a good job with Sevilla so far, as they play attractive football and are getting decent results from it.

The results from the last few matches have been disappointing, but they will hope to bounce back and get good results from the upcoming fixtures. This will be a mouthwatering clash for sure.

Players to Watch

Jude Bellingham (Real Madrid)

The England international has been the most consistently performing player on the pitch this season so far. Bellingham is an integral part of Mourinho’s system, and his role is crucial for Real Madrid’s midfield stability. He, alongside Arda Guler, has done really well so far, and their performance has helped them get decent results. He has played 10 matches so far this season, in which he scored three goals and provided two assists.

Robbie Ure (Sevilla)

Ure is a Scottish international, and this is his first season with the Spanish side. He is a product of Rangers’ youth academy and has experience playing in Scotland & Belgium. So far, his performance hasn’t been very good by standards, but he is young and a very promising talent. In eight matches so far, he has scored once and will be hungry to score more in the upcoming fixtures.
