The Gorkhalis will face India in the showpiece of the 2021 SAFF Championship.
After securing the first and second place respectively in the round-robin stages, India and Nepal will lock horns in the final of the SAFF Championship 2021 on Saturday. The Blue Tigers come into this game after a convincing 3-1 victory against hosts Maldives.
Igor Stimac’s men are unbeaten against Nepal in 2021. Out of the three matches played this year between the two nations, India emerged victorious twice, while the third game was a draw. However, past records won’t count on Saturday and the team that plays well will script history.
