Slovenian official Slavko Vincic is confirmed to officiate the highly anticipated FIFA World Cup 2026 final clash between Spain and Argentina. He will be managing his fourth game of the 2026 campaign, cementing his stature as one of the most trusted European referees.
Tomaž Klančnik and Andraž Kovačič will be his assistants for the game. The Slovenian trio has worked together across major high-profile matches. It includes the UEFA Champions League Final 2024, UEFA Europa League Final 2022, Euro 2024 Semi-Final, as well as games at the World Cup.

Beyond his refereeing career, Vincic holds a degree in Telecommunications. He serves as the Managing Director of Slovenian company Latro Mont d.o.o.
He received his international FIFA badge in 2010. He has since taken charge of massive footballing fixtures. It includes the UEFA Europa League final in 2022, the UEFA Champions League final in 2024, and several World Cup matches.
