England is a hotbed of exceptional young players. The plethora of academies across the country churn out brilliant talents regularly. Premier League clubs or the EFL club lower down the order have state-of-the-art academies to develop players. Furthermore, there is a robust system of scouting that identifies young players across Europe and other continents.
The young players often get chances to showcase their talents for the senior teams. Competition in the Premier League 2 and U-18 levels are also very high.
